Trying to upload pic with transparent background. Not working though.

Hi I have cut out this part of a pic and made the background transparent in PS and saved as PNG (transparency allowed) but it's not uploading to Flikr or here with the background transparent. How do I do it?

Oh and if someone does it before me, feel free to PS the crap out if it. That was my intention anyway, some funny backgrounds.

Here is one I did on my pc earlier. However I am just wanting the OP image transparent background and saved with it transparent.
