TS error

I get this error when I launch teamspeak, it wont let me unmute my mic of speakers, I have tried a re install of it, I tried to install an old SC that went wrong today, I took it out and used system restore to go bak to friday, I reinstalled TS and it still gets the error :s

Make sure you have drivers installed for whatever sound card you have then open TS client>settings tab>options and select direct sound !
