tso host login problem

iv just purchased hosting and iv had an e-mail from them saying:

"Your payment to Standard (500MB space/10GB bandwidth) has been successful!

You may log into our client control panel at any time to view your account details.

i follow the link and get a very basic log-in page with no help, just username, password and login submit button, but the account details i registered with dont work...

i have not recieved anything through e-mail with any account details..

not being funny but this isnt exactly the best "Start" to such a great host.

Such a bad start you thought you'd post on a forum not affiliated with Tsohost for a support problem? :s

Use the tsohost support - much easier for them methinks - and quicker for you!

Have you tried logging in directly from the Tsohost front page using the login form?
