Sounds like you could have been blocked out by the firewall... can you see http://forums.tsohost.co.uk ?

ah i see. yeah i had some trouble setting up ftp access for a new website admin. i could create the account in my CP but smartFTP wasn't being so smart...

might give another client a try in a bit.
