Tubing and fitting issue

can someone help me, i'm having issues getting the correct tubing, ive ordered 2 lots now and the O/D on both has been too big, and I can't find any size on the fitting, or remember what size the tuning I use before was.

Without knowing what size your fittings are or at least what tubing you have tried, can't really help.

Measure the tube you have first then how much smaller does it need to be?

The size ive tied
Outer diameter: 15.9 mm (5 / 8 ")
Inner diameter: 11.1 mm (7 / 16 ")

Outer diameter: 16mm (5 / 8 ")
Inner diameter: 10mm (3 / 8 ")
both are 5/8 O/D I thought one was 1/2 O/D

That is threa thread size, which is the same for all modern fittings. You need to match the ID and OD

OK,
The I/D size on both tubing fits he 3/8 was a bit tight, but the O/D was bit big, what other size are there smaller then 5/8?

10mm,13mm or 3/8",1/2"
