Tuniq Tower Fan

I have a tuniq tower but when the fan is on full power it sounds very loud. Is there another fan i can use to replace the stock one that is quet and will do the same job. And another thing can i make my motherboard turn the fan speed up when needed.

yes if its 4pin otherwise you might want a fan controller unless you want your ears to bleed

Are you sure its not full of dust.
My tuniq whilst not exactly quiet isnt too bad when its completely dust free, I find it gets very very noisy when its got a lot of dust accumulated.

And that seems to happen pretty damn quickly with an Antec 900

No its not long been put in my system, I was looking at the Noctua NF-P12 (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-004-NC&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=4)
