Cant see any threads on this! Its out friday and I must say it looks awesome!!! I loved the originals and really looking forward to this now. The website has some cool videos, game looks engine wise pretty fantastic.

Many people going to be getting this?

It's coming out at a bargain price of £25 here so it musn't have high expectations. I've already shelled out for DMC4 so Turok will have to wait until there is a drought later in the year.

As this generation is my first on consoles, I am not aware of how the previous 3 Turoks played so I have an open mind. I didn't think the demo was that bad. Maybe it's just you diehard lot who are comparing it to previous outings.

Got this on rent at the moment and am thoroughly enjoying it!

Really didn't think i would, must have been because i went in playing it like i thought it was going to be pants.

Pretty worthy rent or £20 purchase imo...

The demo doesn't do the game any justice, they should have used the actual first level as the demo, would have been so much better and most people may of liked it then...

Played for 5 minutes in a dark cave and thought I have better things to do than this.

Turok 1 was by far the best.

That was the point i made, the demo level is sooo poor.

The actual first level is great and would have been more akin to being a demo.

It is definitely worth a rent at the very least.

The online multiplayer aspect of the game seems really good. It's just a shame the only game i had online was sooo laggy it was unplayable.

I loved sneaking around MP maps and coming up behind people and knife killing them, was great fun!

might rent it as the demo wasnt all that good :(

demo was a big pile of CRUD. Almost worst environment graphics ive seen in a ps3 game (character models are ok and voices are good)

totally un-imaginative environment. Probably because im comparing turok jungle to Uncharted jungle

Turok Jungle = crud, pasty lifeless textures...look ps2-ish
Uncharted Drakes Fortune Jungle = Alive and vivd lovelyness.
