Turtwig, Piplup or Chimchar?

chose Turtwig and so far, after the first gym battle, everything seems to be a bit easy, I think he rules.

Gyarados? you can get them very early on providing you bother to level a magikarp to level 20, which isnt all that hard to do. Gyarados is a powerhouse of a pokemon so its definately worth getting one

I did, but most people don't have the patience. He's my favourite Pokémon by far! Took me ages to get him to Lvl.20, then I got Exp.Share, I was so guttid!

Oh yeah, I forgot about those. Can you get them in the wild in Pearl/Diamond? I've heard about a red gyrados as well?

It's a blank SD card that allows you to plug in a microSD card and play roms etc.

I'm at work at the mo, if your online after 5 i'll get my pal code and get them for you.
 
lol awesome, the one i am MOST MOST MOST after is a Ho-Oh. if you could get me one i would be indebted lol!

My Chimchar evolved!
Got a good few pokemon now in my gang.
Cant decide between a Onyx or Geodude for my rock Pokèmon though. And who i should use the rock smash/stealth rock power-ups on. :p.
Caught an Abra, but he's useless, at level5, and the only ability he has is teleport! Keep bringing him into battles for a few moves to give him experiance points.

Who do you lot think i should keep in my gang?
Heres who i have and what levels/power-ups:

- Monferno @ L15 (Fury Swipes, Taunt, Ember, Hidden Power).
- Starly @ L12 (Tackle, Growl, Quick Attack, Wing Attack).
- Geodude @ L6 (Tackle, Defense Curl, Mud Sport).
- Shinx @ L6 (Tackle, Leer).
- Bidoof @ L5 (Tackle, Growl).
- Onyx @ L9 (Harden, Bind, Screech, Rock Throw).
- Zubat @ L 8 (Leech Life, Supersonic).
- Abra @ L5 (Teleport).

Opinions?

why does L 8 star out when they are together?
 
Haha no worries man, i can get an Ho-Oh for you. the red Gyarados might be a little harder as I need to get a gold magicarp.
 
hm actually it is going to be difficult as i havent seen those in game, so im wondering if we had to fight first and you bring those pokemon out otherwise i wont be able to put a trade advert up for them..

but re red gyrados i beieve there is one on PKM Gold/Silver in the pond dont know if that helps. lol!

not bad. keep going till you collect em all!! i tend to get a few bugs too with sleep/and or paralyze to ensure i improve my catch %. my stary is now a stariva or better and beats all vegetables!
L-8 = l-8-r dude LEET SPEEK
 
Nah it should be ok, just catch some rubbish low level pokemon from the start of the game and use them to trade for the ones I have.

edit:

you don't need to put a trade advert up, just go into the upstairs(or maybe downstairs?) of the pokecentre, the WiFi union room, we can trade there.

So i should keep Zubat in my gang?
What about Geodude vs Onyx? Im swaying towards the latter tbh.

id say no to Zubat, no use.

i like the alakazam and also Psyduk, you only really need 1 decent level rock type pokemon and a spare that you can throw the HM's rock smash, strength etc to use as your special move tingy.



i cant actually remember my party exactly its been Months since i played;(:(
 
I imported this a while back. Haven't got round to doing the elite 4 yet though... good fun :)

So Onyx is the one i should keep?

I hoping to have my 6 made up of, 1 fire, 1 water, 1 grass, 1 rock, 1 flying, 1 electricity.
I have my fire in Moferno, and i suppose as my Onyx is the strongest rock i have, theres my rock, Starley can be my flying, and spynx will do for electricity until i find a Picachu. :p.
