TV card remote help

Anyone got a Compro T500F tv card, I cant get the remote working...i'm using windows 7 ultimate and windows media centre

Did you install the Compro DTV 4 software? and if so do you have the red and white compro icon in the notification area?

Thanks for response, yes I have and yes it is. The remote is selected, and the receiver is plugged in the back, just will not respond to anything, but the blue light comes on on the remote when I press buttons.

Could try looking to see if the right model of remote is selected in the application in the notification bar.
