I was after a bit of a advice as to what would be the best device for viewing TV on the PC, I have a looked at a few but none of them have reviews so I'm a little unsure.
Budget is £30 - 50, also its a present for someone and would like it to be as easy as possible to install, without too much faffing about. I wouldn't mind an internal one but if a USB verson can do the same job then i believe it will make things much easier for them!!! ( and me
)
So if anyone has any suggestions please fire away.
