Hi all,

Ive got an x800gto2 which I use with the tv-out to my tv. I used to be able to have the tv-out on, and media player classic would output its signal full screen to the tv. I could even minimise mpc and use the machine, and the video would be full screen on the tv.

This for some reason is not working now - i can only seem to clone the output and have to play around with the size of mpc etc. Ive played with all the settings to try to get it back but cant seem to get it right.

Can anyone help? or is there some other software which would be able to sort it?

i'm assuming its a windows setting and not an nvidia one (i've only ever used nvidia)

but when your pc detects more than one screen, it gives you the option to 'extend screen to 2nd desktop' or something..

right click desktop, properties, settings (in that screen)

its all detected by the ati software ok, and i can clone or extend, but it used to clone and output the video from mpc to the tv as full screen. its sooooo annoying!
 
afaik the way to get mce on the tv output in fullscreen was to extend.. was a while ago when i did it though
 
no luck then? oh well im gonna reinstall soon so hopefully it will magically work :D

arghh really cant be bothered to reinstall all my apps :S
