I don't think I have paid more than a tenner for one recently. I have one that was fitted to my 40" and recently swapped it to my 49" Sony with no problems. That cost me £7 delivered. I have just bought one as well to fit the 40 in my bedroom and that was £6 delivered. They don't have to be anything special.
I would say though I don't use the rawl plugs or screws/bolts though as they are usually terribly made.
