Twin Galaxies interview with Director of Gameworks

the guy has no charisma.
the interview is a joke, that's not even funny, he brought all his friend on chat asking him stupid questions, like do you feel bad for the ATI competition that you always dominate, and he goes on to answer well i wonder why they even bother...it's pathetic, condescending.
i don't like arrogant ppl when they are right, i feel sorry for arrogant ppl when they are dead wrong.
stoped watching at 20 minutes, absolutly nothing interesting was said, too much ass licking for donations, the interviewers had idiotic and bias questions & comments, and not settle about it.
andybird you owe me 20 min of my life xD

The Huddy one is definitely an easier watch tbh.

They both seemed like a joke to me, condescending and saying what their respective fanboys wanted to hear regardless of the truth. Granted I've not made it through more than a few minutes of either.

huddy wasn't condescending towards microsoft, intel nor nvidia, his answers were constructive, saying what fanboys wanna hear i give you that, and that goes with the job, but at least he is settle about it, and you have the feeling that it's not an ass licking contest, and fanboys and friends gathering in an interview setup.

A different type of question and answer session than the Huddy one but quite interesting all the same, interesting to hear him say that if Free-Sync became the more used system they would probably support it. I quite liked his response to the Gameworks controversy question.

Yes more of a relaxed casual interview i did like they are willing to look at adopting freesync if it works out, I have to say a lot of wasted time and Garbage aswell though

Nvidia will adopt adaptive sync (freesync) as it's going to be an industry standard unlike GSYNC which is there own. The reason they will do so is eventually just about every monitor will give you the ability to use it. If Nvidia don't adopt it then they will not be providing there users with a technology that gives amd a better experience. They can't rely on Gync as i can't ever see it being in enough monitors to compete and at a decent price point. From my understanding in the future every monitor with displayport will support adaptive sync where as Gsync is more this monitor has Gsync so you will pay a premium. Monitor manufacturers might play on adaptive sync for a while by increasing prices but eventually it will just be an expected feature like 120hz.

Yes your right Adaptive-Sync will become the norm in monitors eventually.

Of course it is important to remember that Adaptive-Sync is the component of the VESA standard, whereas FreeSync is AMD's Proprietary implementation of that standard, which makes it all the more interesting that Rev talked about FreeSync rather than Adaptive-Sync, even though he probably meant Adaptive-Sync rather than AMD's usage of it.

It has some eye candy, so happier to watch this one :)

You trying to tell me huddy isn't teh sex? The loaf shine and throat clearing does it for me :D

I don't know why anyone would take either video as gospel, both are carefully worded PR promotions.

And nvidia said looooong ago that if adaptive sync was a better solution then gsync they would have no problem adopting it.

Both are PR guys and that is their job. Neither are going to say the opposition does a fantastic job. Worth watching if you are bored but pinch of salt for either to me..

The mentality in this one speaks volumes, do you feel sorry for ATI always dominating them? *painful exaggerated laughing*, endless 'Iron Man' Tony Stark comparison references from the annoying interviewers and and those in chat..... could they be any more suck up?

Its like watching 'The Only Way Is Essex' or some other air-head junk on CH4, i couldn't take much of it and turned it off.

Shame, i would have been interesting to hear from someone at Nvidia, but not him. and not with those guys interviewing.
