Two Worlds demo anyone?

Just installed this, and, pretty though it looks, there's no sound in it! I can hear the sound during the logo splash screens when it's loading, but none at all in-game, neither music nor sound effects. Is this an issue with the demo, or is the full game like this too?

Edit: forgot, the intro movie also has sound, but not the game or menu.

I get sound just fine, although why they released a demo without even a basic tutorial is beyond me.

Check if it works if eax effects are turned off if you use them or disable eax see if that works, also if using 5.1 use 2.0. Kinda happened to me with spaceforce 2, was a eax issue.

Tried it with EAX both on and off, no difference...

I had no mouse control, ALT TABBED then got mouse but no sound!

Found the solution, it was very lame: I had to install the Dx9.0c build that came packaged with the demo, even though I ALREADY had Dx9.0c! Presumably a slightly more recent build?

yer there's been a fair number of Dx9.0c's and it's caused problems before.. Oblivion for example.

This game is complete and utter rubbish. Crap voice acting, crap graphics and it feels only half finished.
