TXAA in games

Was talking directly about SMAA though, and thats not duff information, TXAA does blur the screen and not just the jaggies.

TXAA isn't even out yet.
In fact, they haven't even finished the completed implementation of it yet so how do you know it creates blur?
You have said SMAA is better then TXAA but you really have no idea. no one does apart from the Nvidia devs.

Plenty of screens provided by Nvidia matey http://www.geforce.com/whats-new/articles/nvidia-geforce-301.24-beta-drivers-released/ http://international.download.nvidi...Portal-2-FXAA-Anti-Aliasing-Comparison-1.html TXAA is ver similar to SMAA but blurs the screen slightly more, for example SMAA doesn't blur the aim dot on portal, and as you can see 4x MSAA isnt very good is a sharper image but doesnt hide jaggies that well and is a performance hog.
Like I say if you want evidence just go and waste time doing it yourself I just use my eyes and brain and what I see as 'evidence' Not something I could magically show you, and not something I need to either

You said TXAA isn't out yet, and I said they have plenty of slides showing it off and kindly went out my way to show them to you.

To show you SMAA vs TXAA I would have to waste my time in making a small evidence report for you, which is not something I can be bothered to do, so as I said you can easily do it your self if you really want to

This sums it up well. If you have some mysterious comparison link then I'd love to see it I'm genuinely interested.

Which of course you don't because it's not there hence the waffle.

Edit - I logged on my PC out of interest to check your links because I was on my phone before - your links show FXAA. We're talking about TXAA. I think everyone knows the difference between MSAA and FXAA.
