type 2 avi

Hi, i need to convert a dvd into an avi file so that i can edit it in premier. Im having difficulty importing it into premier as suposidly i need it to be a type 2 avi file.

How do i convert a dvd into a type 2 avi file?

Try this app. Freeware and should be able to rip it as a type 2 avi.
