tyre depth question

Just wondering at what depth do you guys normally change your tyres at? My front is around the 2 mm mark so I will be replacing it soon. What's your change point?

I don't have a set number. As soon as I feel them start to deteriorate I get rid of them. Usually I notice just as the footpeg touches down on a roundabout and have a complete "Oh ****" moment which is enough to get me to go get them done ASAP
