Just a quick one hopefully.
My partner has a 07 Clio and on all 4 tyres the outside tread groove (there are 3) has worn down to nearly the little notch of the legal limit (1.7mm I think isn't it?) anyway, I thought it was odd it should be that way and thought it might be something up with the camber angle. Does that sound possible, would they make a car to deliberately have a positive camber angle? Or is it more likely that the tyres have somehow come out of proper alignment?
Also, and this is probably going to sound pretty silly but is it possible to have the tyres taken off and switched round so the deeper tread (currently on the inside of the tyre) on the outside or does the car need 4 new ones?
Thanks
