Well I got some hydragrips. 2x for £104 with balancing / fitting/ puncture insurance.

Going back on monday to get another 2 for the back.

Good for you, son. The F1s on the back of my car have done 15000 miles, the fronts I had to replace after less than 10000. But then, my car is heavier and a little more powerful.

My D2's have been on for 11k now, and I still have about 4.7mm on them.

And I do give my car some welly now and again. Just not every day

I wonder how the frig you were driving to get through them in 5K miles?

its GSD-2 or hydragrip, I dont think you will be dissapointed with either mate, cant comment of GSD-2's but GSD-3s are ace, as are hydragrips.
