can someone tell me the best connection settings for

global max number of connections

max num connected peers per torrent

and number of upload slots per torrent

help would be apreciated

Surely it would depend on your connection speed?

If I remember correctly it will set the limits for you if you tell it what kind of connection you have. It seems to work well on my machine at home where I can max out my line both up and down if I want to.

Also in the Utorrent forum there should be more information about your question. But to be honest I don't think you will see that much gain from tweaking it yourself.

also depends on your equipment too, since just because your connection may handle a certain ammount of connections, your router may not be able to.
