Ubisoft and Nvidia extend Gameworks partnership

I forgot about SimCity - what a ****ing disaster of a game that was at launch

We are getting shafted and it is the millions of idiotic/stupid/low-IQ fanboys who throw praise at developers regardless of how crap they threat them

There's a great video on YT that basically outlines how large developers have 'trained their customers to accept broken games at launch'. Imagine you bought a BMW where the wheels came off or the steering wheel didn't work. Imagine it. But we accept games where you cannot play for weeks, logins fail, content doesn't work etc etc

I wish I could give up PC gaming

True .. but when a game gets delayed by 6 month .. you'd expect it to work (watchdogs)
Hopefully now the new batman has been delayed to 2015 it won't be a rushed copy of Origins

I think it is more the devs under massive pressure to get the games out from the publishers.

This And when you have games like bf4 that was so bad yet people keep buying it Why would you as a dev not rush out unfinished stuff and move onto the next project?

I wont pre order any games now ,they can come out and be patched fixed first and its the only way you will get dev's to pay any attn at all imo

Nah doubt it's a problem on my end. All other games work. I can run advanced physx on high in Metro last light. Im using lastest WHQL's but in AC4, with any setting from Low - High physx on makes the game stutter and jerky.

Im not the only one complaining about the issue there are others on the Nvidia forums reporting the same, but we are being ignored.

Not sure if it's an Nvidia issue or Ubisoft.

I have SLI 670's so would expect to be able to run it!

I look forward to these games.

I don't, personally I think Nvidia should have chosen a competent developer to partner up with as all this is going to do is further tarnish Gameworks with the Ubisoft **** brush. It's bad enough that Gameworks seems to be taking all the flack for Watchdogs performing terrible on any GPU.

I mean seriously have Ubisoft actually released a PC game in recent years which wasn't a poorly optimized pile of garbage?
