I must say Ubisoft Support have been the worst i have ever dealt with, had major problems with corrupt and deleted saves on assassin creed 3 and the reply i kept on getting is sorry you must start the game again:confused: this has gone on for 6 weeks with dead beat replies with very vague ways on how to try and fix the problem, which it can't by the way, so i asked for a discount code for my next game purchase, and was told to get lost basically:eek:

Read the rules please.

I feel sorry for you, especially since it's such a bad game compared to the last one.

At least you get to experience the only decent part of the game where you play as a Templar & not a mass murderer.
 
Their lack of customer support is what first put me off Ubisoft. I bought the first Assassin's Creed back in the day, a game that was very buggy with certain graphics cards/setups, and they never patched it, nor tried to help in any way. I'm not surprised they haven't changed their ways.

That, combined with their DRM and general attitude towards PC gamers has ensured I will never buy from them again.
 
I had the same with their CS, absolute rubbish. Unless it's a game i really want to play, then i'll avoid Ubi' as much as possible.
 
I had put 40 odd hours into AC3 now i have to start all over again that is very annoying, the bloke i spoke to through ticket support was pathetic with one word answers, then i have to wait days again for a reply, it really is getting to the point do i buy a game from ubisoft again no matter how good the game is.
