Need to get my UCAS application in by the 1st December and there are only two Unis I've looked at really.

If I submit it now with the two Unis can I add more later on?

I've submitted mine and this is a shot from the track progress screen.

You see it has an "Add Extra Choice" link. Unfortunately I can't click it since I already have my 5 choices. Sorry I can't be of any further help.

Thanks for that, looks like you can then. IIRC I did see something that said you could, but can't find it now :(

[Edit]
Found it

If you originally applied to fewer than five choices, you can add more choices as long as you have not accepted or declined your offers. You can add any further choices until 30 June 2009 (11 June 2009 for Route B art and design applications). You can add new courses on Track.

Not sure, but we've been told that the deadline for UCAS applications is the 1st December.

It really doesn't make sense considering you can add choices until June. But meh.

I see. I guess I better pull my finger out then (have no such deadline here, but the sooner the better i guess), 'tis such a big decision to make though :(

I recommend getting your personal statement done ASAP. Then go visit Unis that do your course soon :)

We'll i'll be a mature student, so I think things are a bit different for applications.

Still not 100% if i'll go, but it's worth applying to leave myself the chance to go. Still a major decision to make though... :(

I'm applying as a mature student aswell... it's not that different (depending on your age)...

Cool :) Nah i'll only be about 2/3 yrs over the minimum mature age.

May I ask what you are planning to study? And Craig321 too?

Pretty sure the deadline is somewhere in January, but the earlier you get it in the better chance you have of lower offers, and quicker response.

The UCAS deadline is 15th January, my school's internal deadline is 15th December....

I only sent mine this week...... whilst *she* has already done her Oxford exam and is applying for Medicine so did hers ages ago.......... damn clever people!

Not necessarily soon... don't people have until the end of March to make their final decision? You have between now and then to visit...

Nah, you can add choices up until June so I think you can leave it until quite late.

I would think that it'd be hard to get a place if adding choices after the UCAS deadline of January the 15th though, because most universities will have already given out almost all their offers to people who applied before the UCAS deadline?
