When i add them all up, do i count, as point as well as a2 points, or just a2 points

Also i only have my as results atm, so I'm assuming i assume to get the same grade next year? or do i have to do something different?

only count the AS points if you haven't taken the A2 paper for that subject and no you don't assume you'll get the same grade, AS is only half the course so to get the same grade for A2 you'll have to do equally as well in the A2 modules of that subject.

as above i think. If you only finish the course upto the end of the AS count that grade. If you complete the course to A level ignore the AS and just count the A level grade.

e.g. English AS = B
Maths A level = B So you count a B at AS and a B at a level

To simplify you count one grade per subject :p

A-level grade as a whole is - A2 points +AS points.
AS level grade is just AS points.

The results you get from your college is the whole A-level, If you want to know what grade you got as a A2, you add up the module points and compare with the table commonly found on the interent.. its usually out of 300. and the whole A-level is out of 600 (respectably added)

thought id add just to be clear... (hope it helps too)

Whaaat really?
ehhm... so your saying all first year effort is so you can do A2?

What i meant was...
A level mark's out of 600- and 300 of it comes from AS, and the other 300 from A2...
