UD5 Raid?

can anyone give me a step by step guide of how to set-up RAID 0 on the GA-X58-UD5?
The manual explains how to using the Gsata raid, but I want to use the Intel RAID.

When you say out of thebox, do you eman I configure RAID before or after windows installation?
