He openly said quite a few times that he made mistakes in Europe, experimenting with the team too much and making too many changes to the side.

It was not having a consistent line up (for injuries or Fergie being bonkers) that cost us a few times last season.

Even a fully fit UTD team will still struggle against the likes of Juve or Dortmund. It would be a tough game against these teams.

Theres no real easy games in europe anymore. The quality of the teams is getting better every year.

I would love to see united to get a hard group this season last year they took the group to lightly and cost us badly. Hopefully a hard group will mean they wont take the matches so lightly.

We haven't struggled against Serie A teams for a while now, not sure about Dortmund really, now they've lost Kagawa I think we'd be alright. But then again I thought we'd be ok against Basel

Why on earth has it been given to Eurosport to then be shown in SD on their 2nd Channel :/

Might seem slightly snobbish towards people with SD tv's and subscriptions, but world sporting events should always be shown in HD, it's the standard now.

I think mainly I don't understand how it can be given to a network who want to show it as 2nd Class, as opposed to Sky Sports who show the games live as well. Or ITV, I can mute Adrian Chiles, I can't enhance SD.
