Bayern have a fantastic set of players. On song they are still easily a match for any side in world football. Their “demise” is massively over exaggerated.

I think them forgetting about the league may help them as they only have to concentrate on the champs league. They can rest their team. This has always been the Achilles heel of prem teams compared to the big teams in pub leagues.

True. Leverkusen have just been really good, along with some late late wins. I saw on some post somewhere, Leverkusen have had 6 late winners, if it wasnt for those, I think Bm would be 2pts clear at the top, but that post was a few weeks back. If it wasn't for Lever having a season like they are, BM would be walking it.
Edit: Im talking about winners during time extended from added time., You know, like Man Utd always lose or end up drawing from. but them thats just Man Utd being *****.

As far as I know, Bayern aren’t having a bad season by their recent standards. Their problem is that BL are having a crazy season.
Stuttgart might argue against that - same points as BM

If BL win all their remaining games I think they will have most points ever in a Bundesliga season.

When you go through their team, there isn’t any obvious weak players.
Bayern are on course to pick up broadly the same number of points as they did last season, the problem with that is last season was a really poor showing from them too. Their lowest points total in 13 years. They've historically at least picked up high 70s, 80s and even 90 points in a season. Yes Leverkusen are having a mad season but Bayern are miles off where they usually are too.
Maybe but maybe we think that based on their names rather than where they're performances are at right now. The fact that Eric Dier is starting in defence tells you a lot and in central midfield they've got good, not great players.
As above, for 2 seasons now Bayern have been miles below their usual standards in the Bundesliga.
