A pretty poor performance really, we didn't really create much of note and when we did everything was hit at the keeper.

2.55 xG is quite a lot, we just didn't finish well at all, and the ref disallowed a perfectly good goal.

Agreed about the ridiculous decision to disallow the goal, and I can see why we had nearly 3 xG but so many shots were straight at Butland which was frustrating.

Martinez has put in 3 absolutely world class balls like that tonight.

He put some lovely set up balls in this season he very good at it, shame he has a mare at the back at times.

Exactly. Our xG should have been over 3 and we scored a single goal. Admittedly it should have been 2 but we are wasteful.

We were like this under ETH too. Our XG was great but our XG to actual goals was one of the worst.
