PSG get the ball and they just cut straight through them no messing about like when Bayern thrashed Barcelona that time.

I think that and the thrashing of Brazil by Germany a few years back are some of my favourite games ever.
 
It's like Guardiola coaches players to hold onto the ball at any cost so in the late stages his teams don't take any chances on the ball and become too predictable.
He also seems to slowly replace players in the team with technical, beautiful passers, starting with the midfield, then the wingers, then the defenders, and finally the strikers, at which point nobody has any idea how to make space and actually score a goal. It's criminal that Gundogan is their top scorer this season, good though he's been

Jermaine Jenas. Saw a tweet saying that asking him to commentate on this game was akin to asking a punchbag to commentate on the big fight, which I quite liked
 
If City aren't careful PSG will win this tonight.
They've been better this half but there's no focal point up top. I hate this kind of formation without a player challenging the centre backs. You can do all you want on the wings and 30 yards out, but there are never any City players centrally up against the defenders. Nobody's going in behind, and nobody's challenging centrally
