I'd not watched him before but he could have done better for three of the goals, maybe even the fourth but that's probably harsh.
He's a superb outlet for them when under pressure and he has a directness we havent had in the team or a long time. They all played well but Bruno MOTM for me.
Eddie's done absolute wonders with him.

Eddit Howe is really showing what a good manager who has complete buy in from the players can do when he is also given money.
Trickier times will come when they start paying more and more wages/transfer fees but so far Newcastle have played a blinder and are entirely deserving of all their success at the moment.

The recruitment of characters has been spot on, but even players like Gordon who were reportedly troublesome at Everton has been man managed incredibly well by Howe.
It's a great story for Eddie and (not one of the established managers) and hopes he's able to keep flowing with expectations and then like you say the bigger players who will bring ego's etc. But he's built the foundation, they can afford to bring in one ego who will have to align and is unlikely to disrupt.
And I do hope Newcastle can continue this trajectory, there's space in this league to grow bigger teams, top 4 is no more, it's truly a top 6/7... could be a top 10 in 10 years time at this rate. Great for the league and us fans
