Let be honest, Arsenal haven't got a popsicles chance in hell of winning the CL so it doesn't matter who they play first. You don't win the CL without having to beat a couple of top sides and Arsenal aren't capable of that.
Chelsea have the best chance and City have a slim outside chance.

Yes, we won't win the CL, not a chance. But still, nice to not have to play one of the eventual finalists/winners/teams that are much, much better than us off the bat and getting to the quarters looks better than the last 16 lol.

To be fair, the past several drawings have been brutal on Arsenal, about time we got some luck sent our way
We always get spanked at the Emirates, surely we must have conceded around 15 or so the last 3 times at the Emirates?

Monaco have one of the best defences around, Arsenal suck against good defences, Arsenal have a terrible defence.... I wouldn't bet on going through against Monaco as easily as most people have it down to happen.
Losing in the first knock out round to Bayern would be less embarrassing than losing to Monaco which is a distinct possibility.

They conceded 1 in the CL group stage. They rather ruined the season by changing everything drastically in the transfer window, they started the season very poorly with huge changes in the line up. They've improved in the league. The CL is seemingly their focus where they've been great defensively.
