UEFA Champions League/Europa League 12/13/14 April *** Spoilers ***

Where do you prioritise if you are levy?

Goalkeeper? central defender who is not broken? Striker? Tactically astute manager?

Urgh. So depressing. When spurs implode everything goes to ****

To be fair, Harry took you from near relegation to top part of the table and Spurs have done extremely well for their first season in the Champions League. AND they are playing Real Madrid. And signed VdV for a bargain price. Things aren't that bad!

Difference between WHL and the Emirates?

Their fans sing even when they're being thrashed on aggregate. We could seriously do with some of that.

On seeing the complete lack of impact Modric has had over these two legs, I think spurs fans can sleep easy in the knowledge that no big clubs will be in for him.

Ever.

Even though Bale is massively over rated, at least has shown something tonight.

Spurs haven't imploded, they've just been beaten by a much better team. It happens.

Across the legs, the goals they scored have been pretty shining bar the de Maria wider strike. marking, red card, goal keeper errors. All terrible errors

Real Madrid are the better team. You would much prefer to be beaten by their magic than your own errors though.

From watching the matches, spurs have been the architects of their own downfall.

Spurs did great to get this far :) Everyone wants to creep out of the woodwork now they're out.

Unlucky lads.

They certainly did, and in a way this is a helpful exercise for them if the club has genuine ambition to progress because this level of football really exposes the areas of the squad that need to be improved.

If we can't convince VDS to stay on another year.

Fergie should splash the cash and buy Iker Casillas. He is one great keeper!

Things are not that bad. The match where you hope everyone turns up and plays an a game is the match where the spurs performance is littered with errors.

I don't think that is going to happen. 1st reason - He wouldn't leave. 2nd reason - Why would they ever accept a bid?

Exactly! Even stronger for next time around. They definitely need some goal-scorers up front.

Why didn't Sandro start?

You kidding me? Bale has put in 110% effort so far in this game and has been one of the best on the pitch.

No doubt, but if ITV and SKY had their way he'd be running around the pitch wearing a crown and we'd be calling him Sir.
