2nd leg is nicely poised...

I think Chelsea will score - however I also think Barca will get the 3 that they will need (assuming Chelsea score!).

Either way I'm looking forward to a cracking match.
 
Barca were very unlucky not to score 3 or 4

on the wider more open pitch next week Chelsea will be torn apart

Drogba would be such a good player if he didnt spend SO much time rolling around on the floor (admittedly the one he completely missed and landed on his side gotta hurt, but he had already gone down far too easily multiple times by then). Such a big girl's blouse
 
I have no problem with the way Chelsea defended and countered — it wasn't pretty but it got the job done. The goal, especially the build-up, was excellent.

I do have a problem with Drogba's theatrics but they are nothing new. It's just frustrating and pathetic to watch.

However, Chelsea were lucky last night; lucky that Barcelona couldn't hit a barn door with another barn door.

I would hardly say they "did English football proud." They did well and it was an unexpected result but it was hardly a masterclass in how to beat Barcelona — on any other night it would have been 1–3 at least.
 
If they let Barca have 80% of the posession at the Nou Camp, I think they will score a lot of goals..

I'm optimistic though. Still think Chelsea can nick another goal making Barca having to score at least 3.
 
Another wonderful night and I did say we were in for something special. Great defending, another great team effort and a great reward. I'm still laughing at all the “love” from here and the press over the season. We’re still here and we are producing results when it matters and aren't finished yet.

I really think we'll get lucky against Barca next week. For a start, they have to play Real at the weekend so hopefully that'll hinder them somewhat.

Have to laugh at Barca getting annoyed with Drogba though, especially that idiot Sergio Biscuits. I find it laughable that he was moaning to the ref about Drogba, considering how bad he is... :rolleyes:

Why has everyone got such an issue with the flags?

I really don't see the problem. I remember when I was at a Champions League game a season or so ago and they had given out flags. It was awesome!

I can't help but feel that it's just a case of "Chelsea are doing this, therefore it's ****, I hate them".
