UEFA Champions League/Europa League 29/30 April 01 May *** Spoilers ***

Wouldn't surprise me to see Ramos subbed not long after half time if he isn't booked.

Thought Bayern would concede a few tonight. They just don't seem to know how to defend against a team that will actually take advantage of their stupidly high line.

Some people would also be stupid

In the last 18 months he was in charge Barca were clearly worse, clearly more limited, boring, less direct, less capable of breaking teams down. They were moving towards exactly where Bayern have gone now. The difference being mostly Messi, and that Bayern were MUCH better and much more a possession/passing team than Barca were when they took over.

He's done exactly the same thing to two teams, with one significant player difference and the period of time taken to reach this point much shorter the second time around. it's no coincidence.

He did pretty well to win a European cup and finish a league title run in those last 18 months for ruining that team.

Yes, but the team still did get significantly worse - certainly in the final season.

It's incredible how easy his brand of football is to stop. Not for "average" teams, like a lot of those in the CL or Bundesliga, or for teams which are geared to attack like Dortmund, but put a Guardiola team up against a team like this Madrid team or Mourinho's Chelsea and I'd bet against them every day of the week.

I've often thought similar, Barca were great to watch largely because of Messi's magic up front.

Without that sort of extreme cutting edge, the endless passing/possession style is actually rather boring. Very boring, at times.

They are ?

Tonight they are. I said ages ago winning the league so early would be detrimental to their form overall, peaked too early. They looked like they were going to have an unbeaten season in the league, but almost as soon as they had the league title they started losing games and looking much less impressive.

They're getting trolled in their own arena at the moment, the Spanish John Terry has scored twice, all they need is for Dante to get sent off.

LOL 0-3.

One sided game is one-sided.
