Atletico have already said they cant afford to play him if they draw Chelsea

Well I guess that's a good draw for Chelsea. All the teams are good at this stage but perhaps Atletico don't have the expectation/experience of winning at this level which might help us. Think it will be cagey though as both teams play counter-attacking football...

Don't think you can really say that when they've just dominated Barca in Europe sending them home before the semis for the first time in god knows how long

Yes, they beat Real away and drew with them at home and ahead of them in the league, they just dumped Barca out (and really should've humiliated them).
No idea about Bayern, not convinced they've played any decent opposition yet so we haven't seen the best of them, that or they are looking like a demotivated barca under Pep at times.
Of course the other two havr more experience at this level, means absolutely **** all most of the time though

Itself, no, but they've beaten and drawn with them this season so have the better head to head and they won the away game at Real which is the first time they've done that in ages.
Champions league experience means absolutely **** all, football is football. Outside of english commentators banging on about how foreigners dive and refs are soft in the CL, which is complete horse****. Real/Barca/bayern/most teams play no different in europe than domestically. Every decent club plays multiple cup games a year and atletico don't forget won the europa cup before they stepped up to the champs league.
People forget that Simeone has built this team up and won a european final before. They have showed precisely no sign at all of "eurpean inexperience".
Atletico are turning, well turned into a really brilliant team. They have better strikers than Chelsea and for me a better defence, CHelsea better in midfield but not by that much... even less with Hazard injured.
Atletico for me look significantly better than PSG, a massive step up in quality, organisation and strength. PSG have some stars but they aren't a team yet. Atletico has some smaller stars, some no less good but they are one hell of a team now.

Conversely Bayern will get torn apart, look at how much trouble they had with Valencia and Welbeck. Put Ronaldo on the end of those breaks and just like Barca with their dodgy high line and vulnerability on the break, Ronaldo(if back) bale, Di Maria and Benzema will score also who will outscore the other, don't know. Real work best on the break so suit sitting back and inviting Bayern forward, and with pretty much every passing game under Guardiola Bayern are struggling more and more with teams who sit back.
Bayern Chelsea final for me. All you Atletico shippers will be shown up.
Atletico is imo the tougher draw, such a complete team from front to back and a solid unit.
I'm under no illusions that they are going to be tough to overcome. I'm glad we are at home second leg. If we can avoid getting a pasting away from home then we have a good chance of progressing.
I have no problem with people writing us off. Sometimes it's good not to have all the pressure.

After that statement by UEFA, I expect Courtois to play. Looking forward to both sets of ties, hopefully Bayern actually play properly from the beginning this time.
