UEFA Champions League/Europa League ** Spoilers ** [16/17/18 September 2014]

If Chelsea can keep the key players fit you'd have to place them with a very good chance, they've got everything, perhaps their defense could be shaken, but when you're terrifying teams with Costa, Fabregas, Hazard and the likes that's mot as much a worry.

Depends how Maureen approaches the games he may make them cagey again in Europe because he knows the big teams have some quality attackers, so may not want a blow for blow type match with them.

Kind of interesting to go into this years CL with no loyalty, but also utterly saddening, we should be there, especially now with our stars :(
 
Hopefully we play a bit more like we did vs City than the previous games, if so we should be able to get a draw / win there.
 
We were pretty rubbish against city. After their goal they did almost nothing to attack. Aguero didn't look remotely match fit and barely did anything in the second half, no Yaya, Silva with no pace, Nasri in the second half, Lampard with his first game also not match fit.

It was a poor poor performance by City and we created incredibly few real chances. If we play like we did against City we could only win or draw if Dortmund also play as poorly as City did.

Against Stoke City dominated but a rugged defence kept them out, against us they didn't dominate, they played a weaker team, they had zero energy in the second half(till they went behind and then instantly got back on top when they started trying).

We played the exact same way as in previous games, Ozil looking disinterested and uneffective, Ramsey messing up 5 yard passes constantly while also thinking he will score from 30 yards, fullbacks not being good defensively, Sanchez messing up almost everything he tried except his goal, Wilshere driving forward from midfield with loads of dribbles and several great chances created, striker who was inept. It was the same performance as in every game this season.
 
ITV are stupid, Surely Dortmund v Arsenal is a better game to show the viewing public?

Liverpool are going to be all over Ludo Razgd, one sided or boring as hell.
 
Ludogorets made the last 16 of the Europa League last year after winning their group which contained PSV and Dinamo Zagreb with 16 points. We should win, we could win heavily but don't be surprised if it's a nervy 1-0 affair.
 
Arsenal team to play Dortmund: Szczesny, Bellerin, Koscielny, Mertesacker, Gibbs, Arteta, Wilshere, Ramsey, Alexis, Ozil, Welbeck.

Subs: Ospina, Chambers, Rosicky, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Cazorla, Campbell, Podolski.

Loads of pace on the bench, personally would've played Campbell or Podolski over Ozil though.
 
Ludogorets are a very attacking minded team. I still expect Liverpool to win but it won't be as easy as some think, I'll say 2-1.
 
Had this been a Liverpool team managed by Benitez I'd be expecting a comfortable 2/3-0 win but Rodgers is a big unknown and he's got to prove himself so yeah, I'm nervous and don't know what to expect.
 
Getting nervous because I've got to listen to this *** Childes on the TV first. Excited for the match though, great to be back in the CL!
 
Strong team from us but as pk mentioned I'm more interested in shape he has them play as could back fire, Ooo how I have missed European nights though!
