Never, probably.

Walcott has been dire, he gets in so many positions because of pace but he is a bad footballer. For the position that header went in Neuer did a great job to keep it out, but Walcott had a ridiculous amount of time and put it in the middle of the goal, could have put that in the corner and given him no chance.

Outside of that header his finishing has been embarrassing. AS I said earlier, zero power, he has passed it to the keeper numerous times already. When he can't shoot he's put in 3 terrible crosses/passes that went straight to Bayern players.

99% of his shots are that Henry pass to the far post, but without power, nor the curve/precision that Henry managed. Most importantly Henry could finish any which way and the keeper wouldn't know he was going to do that pass to the far post shot... with Walcott he will do that 9999/10000 times, he's the most predictable striker I've ever seen.
