UEFA Champions League/Europa League ** Spoilers ** [22/23/24 October 2019]

oh **** no var?

these players screaming in the refs face before he’s even had a chance to blow his whistle is hilarious, absolute clowns

No Ozil again, we’re gonna end up with an Ozil vs Unai situation and I’m pretty confident Unai will lose that battle if he can’t fluke CL football next season.

Seriously, VAR is really becoming a meme and not taken at all serious when it comes to the way it is implemented. When you lose faith in a decision making tool, you lose any credible argument. It's even worse when no one is saying anything about it!

Hate to say it, but Wolves look really good.

They’ve started so much brighter than us. A little shameful that they’re playing a more attacking formation while we’re at home.

Has willock been told be to be the DM? Seems to be sitting deeper than Torreira which is absolute madness. What is this guy thinking.

There isn't really a debate here though. Ozil has been underwhelming for seasons now and a figure that has attracted ire, whilst also missing numerous games with unexplained ailments. He can't now be put on a pedestal because we aren't playing well / with creativity. Personally I think it runs deeper than just being left out; whether physical or mental I don't know, but he's not right and hasn't been for a long time imo. I don't believe it is just a personality situation (or not just that anyway).

Emery may not last, but it won't be Ozil's absence that is the catalyst if we do make a change.

I mean I do agree to an extent but when we’re missing creativity in both the league and cup games I think its criminal not to include him in the squad.

he’s supposedly not training as hard as the others but imo that’s just the way he is. If we’re screaming for creativity I think it’s criminal not to at least have him on the bench for these sorts of games.

he shouldn’t be starting, not yet, at least in big game’s, but against these types of sides he usually thrives. He should at least be ahead of the likes of AMN who’s still a liability in midfield it seems.

Imagine slugging your guts out in training only to have some overpaid prima donna taking your place on the bench...theres more to it surely.

Embarrassing by Laca that...which is a shame as he's the only Arsenal play i actually like lol.

I just cannot understand how he beat all those 100's of players through the youth academy to get a professional career! His dad must have been a shareholder at Blackburn rovers.
I lived with a guy who was in Blackburn's U18 side at the same time as Phil Jones. He said Jones was class, head and shoulders above everyone else there.

But then, my friend also said that the best player in the youth league at the time was Welbeck, who was apparently untouchable on the ball... Things clearly change!
