That's quite a way to go, a flight and a very long coach trip! Where are you flying to?

Liverpool and City both in the same situation right? As in, win both of their remaining games, they're through? Though looks like Liverpool need to score big in one of them to edge past Basle on GD.

Giroud won't be playing in the final two group game stages of the champions league because Arsenal forgot to include him in the 25 man squad... so he's simply not registered for the group stages.

An even higher level of incompetence at Arsenal than usual.

He had a broken tibia in August (or whenever)

Why would you include him in the champs league squad?

Injured players get registered all the time, without ever really knowing how long an injury recovery will take it's a silly decision to leave him off the list, it's not like we didn't register him but registered an alternative top striker is it, even a half decent back up.

Abou Diaby is in the champions league squad, Walcott who was injured at the time is in the squad.

How can you put Diaby in the squad but leave out Giroud. A guy you know for a fact won't be involved because he's been injured for the past 42 years, or a guy who you really have no idea when he'll be back.

Giroud ahead of Diaby is a 100% no brainer, Giroud ahead of Zelalem/Coquelin, who Wenger will almost certainly not use. Giroud ahead of Campbell... questionable but Campbell like Bendtner/Vela always looked like the type of player Wenger ignores and would never give a real chance to which is how it's turned out. There was no reason at all to leave Giroud off the list considering some of the players he included with even less chance of playing.

Wenger once again showing that he has full faith in Diaby getting back and being a useful member of the team, he's delusional.

Hope City make a game of it! Wish them luck.

Arsenal vs a Dortmund team in serious stress and trouble in the league and now without their star striker. 3 pts to Dortmund it is then :(
