There was an interesting article on Guardiola on the BBC website the other day. The reason he is such a good manager is because he thinks about everything and tries different things. Stones has been great in their midfield this season for example.

He makes mistakes like everyone. Doesn’t mean he’s overthought things though just because he makes changes.
