UEFA Champions League Final Man City v Inter Milan ** spoilers ** [Saturday 10th June 2023 @ 8pm]

I am not white washing history at all but to try and put United's history down to a similar way City's is just doesn't work.

The Premier League is a behemoth unheard of in the European game today. You have Bournemouth who have higher revenues than Ajax and AC Milan. It is utterly stupid. Having English teams dominate today is considered normal. When United won the Champions League in 1999. It was against the odds. The Spanish and Italian leagues were spending far more money and the German league was equally as strong.

It annoys me when 20 something kids think that Cities upcoming treble is even remotely comparable.
Exactly, people saying utd were no different to city are either trolling or don't have a clue what they are talking about.

Why is the BT app on firecube so loud, been meaning to ask this for ages if anyone else has the same issue. My soundbar has to be on volume 2 or its too loud, most things its on 9

No the nonsense is him saying English teams dominating. How many times have Madrid won the CL in the last 9-10 years compared to every other English club. Or even Spanish clubs vs English clubs. I'm pretty sure the Spanish teams would take that much domination every single year.

United against the odds in 99 was because Fergie was an absolute dinosaur in Europe and they won despite him. A better European manager would have won 5 or more European titles with that team and I think he's head and shoulders the best domestically there's ever been.
