Diaby, is useless, Song is useless, Adebayor is utterly useless and Theo almost everytime he recieves the ball decides he doesnt' want to go up against left wing/left back so passes it off. The almost useful stuff Theo's done again and unsurprisingly has been far more central and when inline with the back 4 when he recieves it, thats what a striker is called.
We won't win with this team/formation, unless Wenger makes changes that include Ade and Diaby off we won't win.
Why Fergie changed the team that spanked Spurs I have no clue, one of their best players and their key link player that game was Berbatov, completely different side without him as it was him who was playing Ronaldo and Rooney in behind the defence that made them so dangerous. If berb was playing instead of Tevez and scholes for anderson this would have been a 3/4-0 half. AFAIK we had one shot from Fabregas that was a 30 yard weak shot, its pathetic how we play with ade as a lone striker.
It only worked against Boro because they were beyond terrible and had better players in the team for us that day, we should and would have won that game 5-0 had we played a 4-4-2.
As for Nasri in the middle instead of Diaby, its because Nasri is better than Diaby in the middle, he's better than Diaby anywhere, but he's a far smarter player than him or Song and sat really well against Boro.
For the goal, and the Ronaldo header Song was in dreamland marking no one and not paying a seconds attention to what was going on around him.
Its just a pathetic performance all around, limp Arsenal and why I said they aren't anything like Barcelona or old Arsenal. Someone said for all our pretty passing we've created nothing, I say, what pretty passing. The only passing sequences were passing as far away from man u players as possible anyone can do that, the penetrating forward passing is non existant.
Like I said a while ago, i'd prefer to lose to a weakened man U side by a few than by 10 to Barca in the final, I can only send a thankyou basket to Fergie for not putting out last weeks team.
