UEFA Euro 2012 - Group B - ** spoilers ** (Denmark, Germany, Holland, Portugal)

I don't give Portugal much of a chance to be honest. People are texting in on the BBC feed saying it's going to be a tight game between Germany and Portugal and they think it will be a no-score draw, not sure I'd agree with that. Germany and Spain comfortably have the best squads at this tournament, and the German team were impressive in the WC and are now two years older and two years more experienced. Plus, any team that can afford to leave Gotze on the bench has to be good.

Germany are my pick to win the group and the tournament so I'm backing them to see off Portugal fairly comfortably, 3-1 I'd say. Holland are one of the best teams at this tournament too, and although Denmark are no pushovers I can't see them getting anything against Holland. I think that one will be 2-0 or 3-0.

Portugal don't have much of a chance outside of Ronaldo. If he's in the mood he's easily good enough to carry them, if not, then they're fairly average (compared to Holland and Germany).

Its a friendly, no one cares about them. They were missing key players.

M. ter Stegen
P. Mertesacker
B. Höwedes
M. Hummels
M. Schmelzer
M. Özil
S. Khedira
M. Götze
M. Klose
L. Podolski
A. Schürrle

That was the team. a lot different to what will be played tonight.

What's with all the empty seats? Not good to see.

Having it in Poland is a start.

90% of the build up to this tournament has been negative towards the country and its neo nazi fans. Sure its turned off a few people going over. Which is a shame because the Polish people I know are really friendly and polite.
