I don't get everyones fascination with Payet getting a move from the Euros. He's 29 and just signed a new 5 and a half year deal at the turn of the year on like £120k a week. I really don't see anyone else matching that so unless West Ham really want to offload him I can't see him moving. Yeah he's a good player but it's far too late in his career to get a big move imo.

His game isn't based on pace and he has been the best player at the Euros so far, £120,000/week is chump change to the big teams as well. He could easily perform at this level for another 4 years or so I think he will be very much in demand. The question is more whether West Ham will hold firm if some big offers come through.
