Speed and power of the ball pure and simple. Speaking as a goalie fault was not with the actual save but Hart's positioning before the free kick was hit. He was at complete stretch so had no strength in his arms to stop the shot.

To me looks more like the left the defender on the left hand side of wall. if you look No.5 of Wales pushes him so he doesnt jump as high as the others and it goes in straight over the top of no.5
Else the England defender may have deflected it upwards.

They should have had a penalty in first half anyway from that handball.
