The half of the draw becomes full of traditional footballing powers as well.
If Portugal finish second then who will Wales be scared of in that half of the draw? Croatia would be the best team.

Not really, mass defending and parking the buss doesn't work in the KO stages.
Everyone in that half will fancy their chances of reaching the final.

First half outside of the first few minutes it was 98% Spain, could and should have been 2 or 3 nil up, Fabregas played Morata through on goal in the middle of the box, one touch turn and shoot or take it a bit closer but screwed up his touch. That should have been 2-0 for sure and a minute or two before their goal.
Spain did what they so often do though if they take a 1-0 lead, they go into boring ball retention mode. They seriously stopped attempting anything direct, only Fabregas really tried. Iniesta spent the whole second half never attempting a single risky forward pass. When you decide to setting for the goals you have and start playing stupid football purely attempting to keep possession it usually ruins the game for the team trying that rubbish and once again Spain failed.
If they kept attacking hard as in the first 30-35 mins before they started to slow down they'd have pretty much destroyed Croatia.
