Let's face it, this is a regulation win against a very average international side - the Sweaties are full of endeavour but save perhaps for Maloney, bereft of any quality.

been watching on and off, not unexpected to be fair. England are a better side but better to make defensive mistakes in friendlies , we are on the up and that is all that matters .

rofol not going to deny we are lacking quality, however England are no great shakes eh!

seeing as the match was at park head the crowd was probably Celtic based and therefore anti-english remember glasgow voted to leave.
 
He's not even involved and Sturridge has got injured again during an international break. The day International football is abolished can't come soon enough.

So he wasn't involved, but he got injured during a break. How is that the national teams fault? :confused:
 
Good performance by England for me. Made Scotland look **** poor like they actually are, controlled the game from the start and didn't sink to their level and get in a fight. What was surprising was that England actually outfought Scotland too.

Really impressive and controlled performance, albeit against a bad side. Mate at the pub summed it up "it's like watching an FA cup game with a premier league team against a league one side."
