He's ****ing gash, who has he scored against? 6 in 5 against Conference (or below?) opposition is hardly impressive.

It was an OG, and a good record against terrible competition is nothing to be proud of. When he delivers consistently when it matters I'll take it back.
 
England are 2 - 0 up both goals coming from shots from Welbeck. He is no Van Basten but he isn't gash either. He has great athleticism, energy and selfless play. I suspect you would be complete gash upfront - Danny Welbeck is merely not World Class but of a decent International standard. He's proven himself for England of recent times. Kane is the better choice long term but to denounce Welbeck when he has done all England could ask of him and a darn site more than plenty of other fan favourites (who never get called out on) is pretty lame in my opinion even if he is like watching Bambi on Ice sometimes.

The dubious goals pannel gave a worse one to Kane in the league the other day, guess we will find out now if dw is enough of a media darling for that one to remain his.

Welbeck will never be messi but he is a decent footballer who has earned his spot in the england side.
 
I quite like Wellbeck personally, pace, power, but is just all over the place sometimes.

He's an honest, hard working player, just no world beater.
