You have to understand the history and political mess that surrounds Serbia and Albanian.

FIFA / UEFA do keep other counties apart (Spain and Gibraltar first example I can think of) and as to why these two sides were drawn together is beyond me, personally.

People thinking this is just a silly overreaction to the drone are silly, there is much more at stake.

Why UEFA didn't keep them apart u don't know. Ridiculous on their part.

Why should they be kept apart?

If they can't act like pro footballers then they shouldn't be in the competition.

Politics has no place in sport.

I hope they both get a 3-0 loss recorded for this game.

Typical when the Scots start playing well so do the Poles and Irish both of whom had terrible world cup qualifiers.

Unbelievably (or probably not in UEFAs case) Serbia have been awarded a 3-0 walkover win!!!

Deemed that Albania forfeited the match, not sure how they came to that conclusion as didn't the referee abandon the match.

It has also deducted Serbia 3 points for the crowd trouble.

I believe the ref initially suspended the game but the Albanian players wouldn't go back on when he tried to resume the game after things calmed down so it was then abandoned.
Not that I think they should be punished for it, just pointing out what happened.
