There was contact, a marginal pull on the arm but well outside the box, he then took several steps and just flopped. There is going down from a soft contact that isn't enough, then there is waiting to go down in the box a few steps later. Save evens out a bull**** penalty.
 
CBs and GK not good enough if we want to win a major tournament.
